Custard week.




Flan with a caramel cage


Flan with a cork screw shaped caramel.



Pot De Creme Au Chocolate



Creme Brulee, the sugar is a little darker than I wanted it to be.



Ice cream, sitting on a cooking with caramel and chocolate sauce.

I really like the Flan with a cork screw shaped caramel it looks like a alien. But they all look so tastey.

The flan was ok, but the caramel was awesome. My favorite custards are the Pot de Creme and the Creme Brulee, so full of sugary goodness.

Thanks, that caramel cage took five times before it would stay on the mold(by mold I mean soup ladle, lol) and not slide off and break itself. >.> This class places heavy emphasizes presentation so not looking pretty isn't an option, lol.
