ServSafe

I'm ServSafe certified now!  *dances*  Now to frame my certificate.  In other news, I'm looking for an externship, hopefully one at a bakery, but I'll take what I can get. So far I've applied at Alcove cafe & bakery and Ghalia's Organic Desserts. Tomorrow, I'll continue hunting around and hopefully knock some more names off the list.

You went through school without being certified? O.o Funny, my school made it my first class and priority. It was also a Management ServSafe Certification as well.

And good luck on your externship hunting. I managed to snag myself a spot in a sweet catering company back home in Utah for me. http://www.cuisineunlimited.com/ I start there Aug. 3rd. I'm so excited. Hehe!

Well, I received the the cert on March 14, lol. I just forgot to check with the office for the results of the test I took. So, I didn't know I passed until yesterday, lol.
