Just posting to show I'm still alive. I'm still enjoying my new job, it's not much in terms of money (80 bucks a week) but they're willing to work with my school schedule which is more than what I can say from the majority of retailers around here. I'm still in school, I just completed my first month(only 5 more to go). CSCA is pretty fun, it's a nice close knit community of teachers and students, not to mention the many companies that recruit prospects from the school. I'm really enjoying the smaller class sizes, there are 15 people in my class to it's a lot of 1 on 1 time with the instructor. While I haven't burnt anything to a crisp yet, I need to work on my time management skills. I want to have no regrets when I get my diploma and my new job with my prospective employer. At least I'll be able to pay off bills more effectively then. Anyway my goal is to graduate with a 3.4+ GPA and then I'll probably be heading over to an apprenticeship for about 6 mos. and I'll start taking classes for my BS in Business/Hospitality Management. So things are going well to say the least. Of course now I'll have to decide whether or not I want to stay in the country for my externship.

Well, I've been busy for the past few days. I'm enjoying the pet nutrition specialist position immensely. It's a very laid-back job, all I have to do is try to "convert" people to my pet food products. I've gotten to meet a variety of people, and their pets. It's a nice change from Wal*mart. I only work Saturday and Sunday, for 4 hours a day. The pay's pretty good at 12 bucks an hour so, at least I can afford to pay my bills. I'm currently going to school, and I'll be done with my diploma by this September. I'm already setting up contacts, so hopefully I'll have a job waiting for me right after I graduate.

So, I have a job again! It's a pretty flexible part time job with Vector Sales. I'll be selling Cutco product(Knives, cooking utensils, etc..) for about 18 bucks per appointment, the job's not based on commission so it takes a lot of the pressure off. I'm still putting in applications and I have an interview tomorrow for a Pet Nutrition Specialist tomorrow. It pays 12 bucks an hour and I'd only be working 3-4 days a week, so it sounds pretty sweet.

Man, job hunting is brutal. I filled out about 10 applications today, we'll see if I get any word from anyone. I still have enough money to pay my bills for the next three months, but after then I'll be in a hole again. I'll be scheduling an interview next week. Wish me luck guys! I hope I hear from the other places I applied to. I'll be heading back to school next semester hopefully, unless my grandparents decide to move up their moving date. >.>

I'm still alive, I've just been going through a lot of changes. I was laid off by Wal*mart, not a big loss since I absolutely despised the job but it was money. Management is so corrupted, it's sickening. I've been applying for other positions. I have an up coming typing test for a Clerk job with the County of LA. I've applied to some other clerical positions and I'm just waiting for them to call/send me a letter and let me know when to come in for the interview. All in all I'm good, my boyfriend was able to get a temp job with the county that pays a good amount for easy work, lol. Things are getting better, though it's looking like FC is a no go and I'm a little iffy about Califur. I needs to start drawing again since I don't have the cash to work on my fursuit right now. I know I'll be getting a job soon, it's just a matter of time

Well, we laid her to rest yesterday. She looked beautiful when they opened the casket. She looked like a sleeping angel. I said my good byes and now I'm looking forward to seeing her again.
Man am I hurting for money right now, mostly because my mom borrowed 100 bucks from me. I'm slowly but surely getting stuff done, I need to finish my head and actually mail out my Duct Tape dummy to Art Slave and apologize for being so tardy with sending it, but so many things have been happening recently, my money is being sucked from under me, I'm putting money aside for FC and my fursuit, my fursuit more of a priority I'd really want to pay her in a timely manner. I might have to push back the date of completion since it might take me a bit longer to pay for it. I'm still working on my fursuit, slowly but surely it's getting there.

Yesterday I finally got my pokemon diamond version, didn't really get to play it due to homework. I started on my Code Red husky head yesterday. The semester is almost over! *sighs* I'm still going to summer school though, but I have a couple of days to sleep in. *drools* I get sleep!. My manager is giving me my regular hours again, so I'll have some extra money to put up for FC and for my fursuit fund.
Things I need to remember to get done before the week is over:
1. Extend hotel reservation for FC for one more day.
2. Call my counselor.
3.Work on my Documentation.
4. Locate a transformer for my power supply
5. Remind myself to register for the Fall Semester next Monday.
6. Do some kind of work on my fursuit(s).
7. Replenish my supply of gummy bears.
Now, off to play with my DS.

When it rains it poors...There are so many things going wrong in my family and we're all trying to pull through it together. Today my youngest sister who is twelve years old was raped on her way home from school. This hurt me so badly when she told me, my other sister and younger cousin were also raped. I'm just glad that she came home ok, and told us. My other sister waited until 4 year later to tell us what happened. Anyway she's at Santa Monica hospital now and there doing tests on her right now. My mother just when with my other sister to meet her there. What sick person would do this to a child? Words of comfort would be much appreciated from her and from me. At least she came home alive. I hope the catch the sick bastards that held her down and the bastard that raped her. I hope to God they didn't seriously hurt her. I know we'll pull though this together.

Well, it's around that time again. Every so often something happends in my life
that knocks me out of my comfort zone, which isn't always so pleasant, but leaves me with an
uneasy feeling. Last night I unintentionally spent the night over my boyfriends' mother's house. I feel bad about worrying everyone, but the little lecture they gave me afterwards. Which made me feel worse, I guess that's why they decided to talk to me and my grandmother. It made me realize I've become to comfortable in my current situation of life right now, and in all honestly it's time for me to move on. I need to start working on getting out of here. Which is what I was doing before, but I didn't have the drive to really take an active role in it. I'm considering off campus housing around my college at this point, that also means I need to either get another job if my manager won't give me another day to work. I feel so uneasy right now, heh, I also want to my privacy. I don't get much of that, naturally it's hard to do so when you stay in a room with three other people. Oddly enough I'm glad this happened, I enjoyed the privacy I had attained in the dorms at UC Davis, though I don't think I'll be heading back up there, now that I changed my intitial major, I've been looking into UC Riverside and another UC I can't remember the location of at this moment. I'll also be looking in to some Cal State Universities, I'm not sure which one's at the moment though. I'll probably research some tonight. Suggestions would me appreciated. It was nice not having to answer to anyoneif I didn't feel like cleaning. The only problem was I was so far from friends and family, the loneliness killed me. Which Is why I'm considering housing in Southern California. Now to come up with 100 dollars for my Summer Session at UCLA.
Now to really start pooling my money.
